CAP/DA is a program that helps Medicaid beneficiaries who are medically fragile and at risk of being placed in institutions. It provides home- and community-based services as an alternative to institutionalization. These services supplement the existing support and care available to approved Medicaid beneficiaries, allowing them to stay in or return to their homes and communities.

With a physicians order, we can process and deliver incontinent and other medical supplies to your clients home.
